Welcome to the website for the Southern Association of Agricultural Experiment Station Directors! This site’s purpose is to encourage collaboration among agricultural scientists in the South as well as inform the funders of agricultural research about research priorities, impacts, and status of projects.

  1. ESCOP Meeting

    March 2 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

    Monday, March 2*, during the CARET/AHS Meeting (Mar 1-4) at the Omni
    Shoreham Hotel in DC. This will be a half-day meeting, but the exact time
    won’t be set until we know the CARET/AHS schedule for that day.
    Registration and hotel reservation information will come from APLU

  2. 2020 SAAESD Spring Meeting

    March 24 @ 8:00 am - March 27 @ 12:00 pm

    Tuesday, March 24 – Friday, March 27, 2020

    Please note that the meeting will begin on Tuesday, March 24 at 5:00 pm with a reception and dinner. We will adjourn by 11:00 on Friday, March 27. Also, when you register for this meeting, your hotel reservation will be made for you, so you do not need to contact the hotel.

    July 21 @ 8:00 am - July 23 @ 12:00 pm

    Tuesday, July 21 – Thursday, July 23*, Joint COPs meeting in Kansas City.
    The meeting will start with a reception on Tuesday evening and end by noon on Thursday.
