1:10 Sustaining high cost research & teaching facilities and programs (ex. animal production) – dual purpose facilities, multi-institutional facilities/programs, industry support, facilities needed for teaching after research program ends, etc.

2:30 Break
3:00 The Teaching – Research Nexus – exploring new synergies, regional collaborations, multi-institutional sharing, barriers to collaboration between institutions and states (ex. tuition, credit hours, teaching credit, funding, technicians, access to research facilities), etc.

5:00 Adjourn for the day
5:30 Reception – hotel atrium
