Technical Committees are the performers for the activities. They are comprised of the faculty members and participants from collaborating agencies on multistate research projects. They establish the homepage for their activity. (See Guidelines for Homepages of Regional Projects and Activities.) They elect a Chair and Secretary for at least two-year terms for continuity. They receive guidance from the Administrative Advisor, a director appointed by the Chair of the Association.
