Southern Region Directors continue to favor a policy whereby terminating multistate research projects are “replaced” by a new project, with a new number, rather than “revised,” where the project continues with the same number. The philosophy reflects a sense of accountability for the Association taking deliberate steps to approve a new research concept in the establishment of a new Development Committee.
