UPDATED PROCEDURE 1/21/26-
- Register online at the portal for ONLY the dates March 23-27 (or less, if you are staying less time).
- If you are coming in early/staying late, then you will need to contact the hotel directly to update your reservation.
- The best way to update your reservation is to email Gabriela Baldaquez at gabriela.baldaguez@hyatt.com and Patricia Saldaña at patricia.saldana@hyatt.com and give them your reservation # and the added dates.

- Please reserve directly with the hotel! They cannot count the reservations that are made via a OTA (Online Travel Agency) such as Booking.com, Expedia, Travelocity, ect. towards our room block.
- Please note that we have a limited number of rooms in the room block, so please reserve early! The room block is only available through February 27, 2026!
- The room block is for March 23-26. The room rate is available 3 day prior to the meeting and three days after the meeting (pending availability). - There is a daily shuttle to Escambrón beach and old San Juan, but there is NO airport shuttle.
